Clarity starts with the right foundations.

  • Business questions before tools
  • Shared KPI definitions
  • Existing systems considered
  • Numbers checked with your team
  • Documented handover

Project paths

Choose the starting point that fits your data.

Common challenges

Does any of this sound familiar?

Start with the reporting problem you recognise. The right solution depends on the decisions, source access and quality of the available data.

Teams calculate the same KPI differently.

Agree what each measure means, how it is calculated and who owns it.

Recurring reports take too much time.

Replace repeated copying and spreadsheet assembly with an agreed reporting flow.

Leadership cannot see performance clearly.

Bring the important measures into focused views that support regular decisions.

Important data sits in separate systems.

Map and connect authorised sources where the available integrations allow it.

Different reports give different answers.

Check data quality and reconcile the new figures with known reports.

Revenue and customer performance are hard to explain.

Bring sales, funnel and customer measures into a clearer shared view.

Operational or financial issues appear too late.

Surface agreed exceptions and trends earlier in the reporting cycle.

Specialist solutions

Need analysis beyond regular reporting?

Some questions need a separate feasibility review before they become part of a project.

CONDITIONAL DISCOVERY

Forecasting and scenarios

Where enough reliable historical data exists, we can scope forecasts or scenario views with their assumptions and limits made clear.

How we work

From business question to trusted reporting.

  1. Define the decisions

Agree the questions, KPI meanings, users and review cadence before choosing a reporting format.

  2. Inspect the sources

Review authorised access, coverage, quality and the limits of each source.

  3. Build and reconcile

Prepare the data and reporting views, then check key figures with the people who use them.

  4. Roll out and improve

Document definitions, hand over access and agree how issues and future changes will be handled.

After delivery

Keep reporting useful as the business changes.

Managed Analytics and Reporting is a separate continuation for agreed reporting checks and improvements. New integrations, major redesigns and additional analysis are scoped separately.

Managed Analytics and Reporting

A scheduled support arrangement shaped around the reports and data flows you decide to keep using.

  • Scheduled data and report checks
  • Review of agreed quality exceptions
  • Reporting refresh support
  • KPI definition and documentation updates
  • Planned improvement reviews

Buyer FAQs

Questions before you start

Our data is messy. Can we still start?

Yes. The Data and KPI Audit is designed to identify gaps in quality, definitions and access. We would agree what can be used now and what needs fixing before a dashboard or connected build.

Can we keep using spreadsheets?

Yes. Spreadsheets may remain useful inputs or working tools. We review where they are dependable and where repeated manual steps or inconsistent versions create risk.

Which systems do you need access to?

That depends on the agreed questions and sources. We request client-authorised access only to the information needed for the project, with read-only access where it is practical.

Do we need to buy a particular dashboard tool?

No tool is assumed at the outset. We discuss existing licences, users, access needs and maintenance before recommending a suitable reporting approach. Third-party licence costs are defined separately.

How long will the work take?

Timing depends on the number of sources, access, data quality, approvals and the agreed outputs. A proposal will set the delivery plan after an initial review.

How do you handle private or sensitive data?

We agree the purpose, authorised access, security roles, retention and handover arrangements for each engagement. Your team remains responsible for ensuring that data is lawfully collected and shared with us. Any required processing terms are reviewed before access.

Who owns the data and dashboards?

Your organisation retains ownership of its data. The proposal sets out ownership and access for dashboard assets, code, models and third-party licences before work begins.

Can you add forecasts or AI explanations?

Forecasts need sufficient, suitable historical data and clear limits. Generative AI explanations or natural-language querying are a separate AI Integration scope; neither is assumed in a dashboard project.

Can you maintain the reports afterwards?

Managed Analytics and Reporting can cover agreed checks, refresh support and planned improvements. The schedule, responsibilities, exclusions and change process are defined in a separate proposal.

Start with the decision you need to make.
